From an observation to an energy operator.
AXORI was born from observing an Italian paradox: the country has 30 GW of installed PV, but only 60% is in the hands of large utilities. The remaining 40% — about 18 GW scattered across SMEs, farmers and small funds — can't even sell its energy on the wholesale market because it lacks the trader licence.
The result: they sell to the grid operator at a fixed tariff, losing on average 40-50% of the market value of their energy.
We built AXORI to be the licensed operator that the customer can't be: we acquire the Right of Surface, install, manage qualifications, and sell at market price. The customer monetises, we earn margin, and Italian renewable energy reaches its true market price.
